Virginia Triple Track Kickstart Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern the promotional concept presented on Virginia Track Reward and apply to the “Virginia Triple Track Kickstart” offer described on this site.
1. Promotional summary
Eligible new customers who register during the promotional period, deposit at least $25 in cleared funds, and place and settle three qualifying pari-mutuel wagers of $10 or more within 14 days of registration may receive three $60 Track Credits and one $20 Late Pick Bonus Ticket.
2. Eligibility
- Open only to new customers who are at least 21 years old.
- Offer is limited to one per person, household, payment source, device cluster, and verified account.
- Identity verification, fraud review, and any applicable account checks must be completed successfully.
- Employees, officers, directors, contractors, agency partners, testing personnel, and any household members connected to the offer’s administration may be excluded.
3. Qualifying deposit
The first qualifying deposit must be at least $25 and must be made in cleared cash. Deposits that are reversed, disputed, charged back, or otherwise invalidated do not qualify.
4. Qualifying wagers
- Three qualifying pari-mutuel wagers of at least $10 each are required.
- Eligible markets may include Win, Place, Show, Exacta, Trifecta, Superfecta, and selected late exotic pools made available by the participating platform.
- Voided, canceled, refunded, cash-equivalent, or promotional-stake wagers do not qualify.
- Only settled wagers count.
5. Reward issue and expiry
Rewards are intended to be credited within approximately 24 hours after the third qualifying wager settles. Track Credits and bonus tickets expire seven days after issue unless used sooner.
6. Use of Track Credits
Track Credits are promotional credits. They are not cash, cannot be transferred, cannot be exchanged, cannot be withdrawn, and do not count as unrestricted account balance. The credit amount itself is not returned in cash. Where a credit-backed wager wins, any net winnings may be credited in accordance with platform rules.
7. Bonus ticket conditions
The $20 Late Pick Bonus Ticket may be used only on eligible qualifying late-sequence racing markets selected by the platform. It is single-use, non-divisible, and expires seven days after issue.
8. Abuse, fraud, and disqualification
Any evidence of abuse, syndicate play, multiple-accounting, coordinated bonus extraction, deceptive payment behavior, manipulation of wagering patterns, or attempts to interfere with settlement or tracking may result in account review, offer cancellation, reward clawback, and exclusion from future promotions.
9. Modification and cancellation
This promotional concept may be modified, paused, or withdrawn at any time for operational, commercial, legal, or regulatory reasons. The website operator reserves final interpretive authority over these promotional terms for the purposes of this site.
